I know the frustration of trying to lose weight using diets! In my opinion, diets are a form of torture! I mean, you basically have two options with diets - Starve or Eat! I don't know about you, but I prefer the latter on any given day of the week. I'd much rather eat than starve myself dieting on any given day......but how do we achieve our weight loss goals without starving ourselves?
